seat cooling

My Genny seems to have a "feature" that resets my average MPH for every fillup. I've never had a car do that. Is this normal or should I see my dealer? The driver seat is heated and cooled. Is the cooling simply cooled cabin air circulated through the seats or are there A/C ducts below the...
