service or loaner

Having been an Infiniti owner for the last 6 years, I've been used to being able to get a loaner anytime I brought my car in for service. I was told by 2 different Hyundai sales people that I will be provided with a loaner if my Genesis needs to be left overnight. Can anyone else confirm this...
