OK is this suppose to be normal ? Is this suppose to let the driver know your signaling left and signaling right ? Please tell me this is deliberate.

The headlights (NOT the DRL's) flash off and back on when using the turn signals. This happens when with using both the right and left signals, switch fully engaged or not. Also, the high beams have flashed when using the turn signals. The headlights have even stayed off for a few seconds...
