sputter or shutter

Does anyone else have this type issue? Its not major but I don't feel like its normal. My car is an 2012 3.8l. If I got into reverse or forward right after a cold start the car will also faintly buck as well. Not sure if its some GDI symptoms or not, I didn't really find anything by searching...
