I've been having issues with the Tapatalk GenesisOwners app for quite some time now. Has anyone else had problems? I can see my account, but not login and view. thanks

I'm having trouble accessing our forum on Tapatalk. Worke dfine until I updated the app a few weeks back. No when asking for my logon credentials to the forum it gives me this error: Log In Failed Failed to process XML Data due to unknown error. iPhone 6 8.1 Tapatalk V3.8.0 Anybody else...
