When I turn the car off, the obvious happens; the engine shuts down. But when I open up my door, I hear this buzz/tronic noise that lasts about 1 second. It kind of sounds like BZZZZ. It sounds like it is coming from somewhere in the dash or steering wheel. It is not the telescoping steering...
