watching

I'm not trying to promote dangerous activities, but my wife likes to watch videos on a long trip. Anyone know how to bypass the safety feature that turns off a usb video when the car is in motion?

Someone please buy this and install it then let me know how it goes. Does it work? Any side affects? I'm highly interested in watching video while in motion, it would make my Sega look sooo cool. http://www.navtv.com/product.php?ProductID=47...
