wind or street

Hello! So,like many on this site, i have problem with street noise inside car,and only cure for that is lowering door glass a bit. My dealer dont know how to fix that, and says there is no problemo and all is fine. But it isn't. So i know that many fix this problem at dealers shop,maybe someone...
