I need to remove the wiper arms on my 2012 Genesis Sedan. I see the nut under the rubber cap on the wiper arm but even after I remove it I still cannot get the arms to come off? Am I missing something? I feel like if I pull any harder then I am I will break something. Thanks for the help.

My wiper blades seem to chatter/hesitate a lot - almost since the car was new. Is there an easy cure for this - short of replacing the blades? Maybe some spray or chemical on the market? Cleaning with alcohol made no difference.
