What complications have you had up to this mileage? How regularly did you service the vehicle to keep it running strong? Same car here, 34k miles
Can you describe your transmission issue a little better? I have a similar issueI have not had any major issues that remain with the car. The radio occasionally stops working and is resolved by the fuse piull routine that is documented in this group.
The transmission occasionally develops a harsh shift but even that tends to resolve itself.
The front brake pads were replaced and rotors turned at 68k miles. The rear brake pads will get replaced at 100k. I tend to use the pedal on the right much harder than the pedal on the left. I have been through three sets of Michelin tires though.
I have the engine oil and filter changed every 6-8k miles with full synthetic oil. The Air filters changed ever 20k, and vacuum them occasionally between services to get any larger debris removed.

Interesting. Mine has been through hell. Long story short, had rough shifts and occasional slippage. Did fluid change. Came out black. Techs put fluid meant for 4.6 in my 5.0. Took it back, dealer took fault and said they were gonna flush the whole unit to get the bad fluid out, performed flush and TCM learning reset, smoothed out a little but still intermittent problems. Installed BTR ECU and TCU tune which comes on a new TCM. Learning phase began again, still in first week of use on new TCM, having same rough shift points as before I did any of the above. Hoping the learning smooths it out once it figures out my driving style. Not expecting good results though. Seems the transmission internally is the issue. And it seems many others have had similar issues with theirs.3rd to 4th shift can be neck jarring. Under moderate acceleration the shift 1-2, 2-3, and 5-6 and above are smooth. The RPMs will raise +500 prior to snapping into 4th gear. If on smooth pavement it will chirp the tires briefly.
It has not been doing it this week, but earlier in March was making my neck hurt.
