  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

In yeserday's mail, I received a $100 pre-loaded MasterCard debit card from Hyundai. Did anyone else get one? The literature says it's a "thank you" for purchasing a Hyundai.

Does it mean I overpaid? :) (I think I did - by about $1,500).

Nice gesture, though!

Owners who bought a 2010 Hyundai have been receiving the gift cards.
Although I bought mine in 2010, I didn't get one. Maybe because it was a leftover '09 :(

Nothing from Hyundai here in Canada, and we paid a lot more for the Genesis here.

Oh Sweet. Hopefully, I'll see mine soon.

Nothing received yet in Portland...

Purchased a 2010 on 11-26-09 in Houston TX, haven't received anything yet.

Bought my 2010 in Feb 2010 in MD - nothing yet

I picked up a 2.0 Sonata and got one this month

I'm the OP. I bought a 2011 3.8 on Nov. 5, card arrived yesterday (Jan12). Almost threw it away 'cause I thought it was (yet another) credit card solicitation/junk mail.

I hope you all get yours!

Oops. Time to go through the trash.

Just kidding. Nothing here yet. But thanks for the heads up.

My neighbor just purchased a Sonata two weeks ago. I mentioned to him about possibly receiving a $100 gift card. He said the salesman told him if he referred someone who bought a car, he would get a $100 gift card. Could this be the reason some have received a card and some haven't? I'll let everyone know when and if he gets his.
