  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I have a 2011 4.6 sedan just turning 100K miles. This has been the best car I've ever owned; never done anything except a new battery, 2 sets of tires, and oil changes and air filters. My question is, what is the minimum maintenance I should do now? Change coolant, spark plugs, tranny fluid? Any advice?

You might get better responses on the "General 2009-2014 Hyundai Genesis Sedan Discussion" board. I am sure there are some here that can opine but you'll most likely get better first-hand experience on the other boards

As I mentioned in the other post, owner's manual and maintenance schedule can be downloaded from MyHyundai.com if you register.

Do all that you mentioned. All fluids and oils(diff. oil); spark plugs air filters etc. Transmission fluid change with the pan/filter does cost a lot(600.00 to 700.00) but worth it if you are going to keep the car. My 2011 has 193,000+ miles on it and has had all services including the transmission service. The car still runs like new.

Good to know that the Genesis is a reliable car that can go over 100,000 miles without major repair. I expected this from Honda's and Toyota's.
