11 Coupe gps and clock not working

Hi I'm new to the forum this is my first post I currently own Safire Blue Genesis Coupe 3.8 Gt for more than 3 years my other car is 350z since new love both cars and plan on keeping, now the problem I have with my G Coupe is that one day navigation stop working and I'm not able to setup clock since gps and clock interconnected together going into developer menu and system status shows that everything is disabled and all column is 0 now I spent countless hours searching for answers looks like my only opinion is going to engineering menu and enabling back or at least un select gps time from clock nothing works as far accessing Engineering Menu can somebody help me explain or pictures greatly appreciated on how to enter Engineering Mode on 2011 Genesis Coupe and yes I look true forums countless times sorry for such long post
