  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Genesis Model Type
Equus (2011-2016)
Has anyone been able to find a set of 18" wheels (1" smaller than stock) that would clear the brake calipers on a 2013 Equus? I'd like to go with a slightly taller sidewall tire for better ride comfort, and also run 4 equal sized tires to allow rotation.

The stock 19" wheels have only about 1/2" of clearance to the calipers, so I'm not sure if going to 18" is possible. I tried to search for the old threads and found some mixed comments about the fitment of 18" Genesis wheels. If someone has successfully run 18" wheels on their Equus, I'd appreciate if you can share the details.
