  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Dear friends

are 19 x 8.5 front for G70 2020 OK? I had this configuration with 225 tires and hasn't noticed any problems - but now I'm choosing a new set and a salesperson recommended me 8 as 8.5 wouldn't fit or cause rubbing

Has anyone been driving 19 x 8.5?

Thank you

I have 18 x 8.5 with 255 at the front, they key will be to pay close attention to the offset. Mine is 35mm (Enkei Raijin ), I would guess that the same could work with 19" but it may be close. I have less than 1/4 inch clearance with my setup

actually I found the info that 19x8.5 (35 offset) is ok at front - and already installed..

I have the same size/offset rims for my G70, what size tires did you go with? I was considering 255/35R19 but worried about rubbing. Any issues? How's the handling?

Thanks!

no issues with 225/40 tire, I found the info somewhere that 255/35R19 is an acceptable tire size
