  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hi, 2012 3.8 sedan, bought new. Only 75K miles. Had no real mechanical trouble other than a fuel tank issue, bumper paint, terrible leather seat wear and the sunroof that went bad. Those were all disappointing defects to say the least.

Taking it in to the dealer to do a proactive transmission fluid flush and to fix the aggravating trunk struts that won't hold the trunk up any more. Holding off on cleaning the injectors and replacing the plugs. Cold start has a bout 15 seconds of hesitation and spattering. I think that's normal. Not sure if there's an easy fix. Car runs fine once it warms up quickly

Question Are there any TSBs or recalls I should ask them about? Any other maintenance items? I keep up whit oil and filters myself. I'm sure I'll forget something without your help!

Thanks.
