32 will stick out farther than 40 would. Which in turn makes it more likely to rub. My stinger buddy had the same width as me and runs a 35 off set and he rubs just from accelerating hard. If you want to run a 295 I would look more for a 45 offset. Brings the wheel into the car slightly more and will give you more room to clear the wheel wellThanks. I figure 32 is the lowest offset companies really make? Haven't looked too hard yet but your info makes me think I could get away with 295, 20x10 rears, and 32mm offset. Do you have a pic?
I put a 3mm spacer on top of the 32 offset. still have room in the front.Looks great. Also looks like I could go with another half inch in the front, and maybe a 245 on the front. Thanks, that helped!
Yep, Eiback lowering springs.Lowered?
So as much as it will work I will warn you. If you are lowered you will rub your tires just from accelerating hard. My buddy has a stinger. Same width and a 30mm offset and his tires rub left and right. It looks super good tho hahYeah so i want more of a concave look. I figure I could do 9.5 instead of 10.5, and 32 offset instead of 45. This gives me more inner clearance but keeps the same fender clearance according to the offset calculator.
Kinda just writing this here for notes.
