Power lumbar stopped working on my 2009 4.6; only have 65,000 miles on it. I can hear the motor, but there is no movement in the lumbar.
Asked the dealer to look at it when I was getting oil changed today and they told me needed a whole new seat back at $2400.!!!
I don't believe them and wouldn't pay that much to have the feature fixed. Searched threads here but do not see any where this issue occurred outside of warranty and/or the fix to the problem was detailed.
Anyone have any experience with the power lumbar?
