2009 Genesis with navigation

I need helpppp. I have a 2009 genesis with Navi the display or radio doesn’t work like the screen won’t turn on at all or play anything has anyone had this problem? Also I looked on crutchfield to replace the whole thing and it says not recommend to replace radio. Has anyone replaced there’s so that their backup camera and radio work and turned on not really worried about the Navi.
