2010 Hyundai Genesis coupe 2.0t computer issue?

I have a 2010 2.0t gen coupe premium it has 120k mile, about 1 month ago I went to shut it off to gas up and I turned it back on and all lights came on and stayed on ABS, traction control, TPMS, airbags , my speedometer stopped working and I’m eating gas like a MOFO... I went to 2 mechanics they both pointed at the ECU , does it sound like the ECU and if so would a reflash possibly solve the problem or do I have to start looking for a new one ( which I can’t seem to find and the hyundai dealership near me says there’s absolutely not a single one in stock)
