2011 Genesis Sedan Heater not working

Hello All. Thanks for the help.
My 2011 Genesis blows very cold AC. When i turn on the heater, heat comes out of the defrost vent in the front, but nothing comes out of the heating air vents on passenger, driver or central panel. Is this normal?
