2011 sedan 4.6 with the tech package. So today I attempted to replace my radio with one of those Chinese android ones. Got everything wired up, but the new android tablet wouldn't turn on. I need to drive the car tomorrow so I went ahead and reinstalled all the factory parts. Now the factory radio won't turn on. No H logo, no sound, nothing. HVAC controls work but do not show up on the screen. CD will not eject. On top of that, I now have an airbag light on on the dash. Any ideas what I could have messed up?
