2011 sedan radio powered no sound or volume indicator

Did not read all have reposted in proper thread. I am Mark my Genesis sedan has been one of the best vehicles I have owned. I have put over 100000 miles on it and only had to do normal maintenance. Current mileage 179000

Thanks for your reply. My radio is slightly different volume knob is on cd unit will look for reset port elsewhere.
