2012 Equus signature for $54750?

Hello Equus owners,
Im a new guy here trying to pick up an 2012 Equus signature white/tan around Christmas-new year.
I have $55k offers from three dealers and one offered me for $54750.
They all are located within 5-8 hrs of driving range.
That price includes car itself + dealer fee.
Is this price good? never bought a car through internet so if you have any suggestion or comment, i would greatly appreciate. Thank you.

I think invoice is $54,900 so those prices are nice. Dealers probably applied certain rebates to get to that, while they keep the holdback and still profit.
I don't think you'll do much better, especially on a 2012.

2012 invoice is actually 56K. The price you are getting is pretty close to what Circle would offer through their Plan A program, so I'd say it's quite a good price.
