2012 sedan lumbar stipped working

I do not use lumbar support in any car, but I like my Genny to have all its bits in working condition. The other day, I went to inflate the drivers lumbar and I hear the motor, but nothing happens. I know this used to work. Any ideas? Can the bladder get a hole in it over time?

Both of mine still work after 10 years, mostly use the lower after 2014 back surgery during the cold and rainy winter months.
