2012 v8 4.6l, engine misfire, injector 6 with no pulse

i just bought my 2012 genesis sedan with the 4.6l v8, i have a heated o2 sensor, the upstream on the bank 2, ill change it soon, any ways i have a multiple misfire code, and a cilinder 6 misfire code, on the injector 6 there is 14.6v and 3.6v on each cable with the engine running, but there is no pulse, every other injector is working correctly exept for the 6, it only works when starting the motor, i have my thougts about the ecu, i think is bad, but ill kepp you guys updated, maybe the o2 sensor is making the engine misfire.... any suggest.?????.... thanks in advance

When the ECU detects that a cylinder is not firing, it stops fuel to that cylinder (stops pulsing the injector) to prevent damage to the catalytic converters and possibly the cylinder itself.
