2013 15.9k Miles Tranny Cooler Hose Issue

Hello all,

This is an informative (this is happening to me) post.

I took my car in because I noticed transmission fluid on the nuts/bolts of the cooler. Got a call a few hours later, both hoses to the transmission cooler need to be replaced, something wrong with the O-rings that are not serviceable, only replaceable. Should be getting it back tomorrow afternoon.

Right, I even put it off for a few weeks, well one week I had no choice had to go out of town. Car stayed home though.

The service adviser was very concerned and was glad I bought it in so they could get this fixed for me.

Thats good you caught it. I wasnt even sure if the genesis had an auxillary trans cooler.
