2013 2.0T A/C & heater fan noise

I've recently noticed that the A/C & heater fan is making a "chirping" noise as if it is hitting something as it rotates. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does it's loud enough to hear over road noise and radio. Has anyone had this issue before? What was the fix?

the bearing is failing on the fan shaft. record it so the dealer doesn't tell you they "can't replicate" when you take it in for warranty service.

Yeah I have a recording and I showed it to the dealer, but they keep on saying they have to replicate the sound. I'm going to another dealership next week and let them know what you said the issue is. Hopefully they will replace whatever part is necessary. Thanks!
