2013 Base BT problems. New owner.

Hi guys! I bought the 2013 3.8 Base last week and I love it! Except for a couple of BT problems and I want to know if it is just me.... The voice recognition calling simply does not recognize what I say. I can go through the whole list of my family and it will always chose someone else. I have not got it right once. Also, I cannot skip songs on Bluetooth with the steering wheel or dashboard keys. I had a Santa fe and a veloster before, never ran into these problems.
I own a oneplus one phone (android), which worked great with my 2012 veloster. Also, I am a native English speaker, so it certainly is not an accent problem. Has anyone ran into this as well?

Mine sucks too. I find saying the last name first usually works. "Call Smith, John" and it will get it right.

Wow, great tip! Saying the last name first worked! I first cleaned out my contacts (I had around 700) to a total of ~140, and after that the voice recognition has worked great.

After digging deeper into the forum I read that the 2013 model does not allow skipping songs over BT.
