2013 Coupe 3.8 sport - Fuel level sensor and sender not working

My fuel level gauge does not work, so I replaced the fuel level sensor and sender unit and still have the same issue. Diagnostic computer says 'fuel sender circuit level is low' but the car manual does not indicate if a specific fuse is responsible for fuel level. I'm at a loss :(
