I noticed the smell of gas when I checked my dipstick today… any ideas on what could cause this?

You posted your car recently consumed approx 5+/- gallons in 5 miles, threw several CEL codes including misfires, and your oil smells of fuel. Thus you likely have a few serious issues with your car. One of which is likely a fuel system failure that is resulting in fuel getting into the crank case, and likely elsewhere given the rate of consumption. Such a leak could start a fire.
Get the car in front of a competent Hyundai mechanic ASAP. Dealer not required if the mechanic has a Hyundai GDS. I don't recommend running the engine at all at this point. Get it towed.
