Hello All
I just inherited a 2014 Genesis 4dr, 3.8 6 cyc
The Backup camera was not working , so I had a dealer replace it for approximately $900 incl labor. (South FL), it is still not functioning and dealer says it is a software issue, and now proposes a new radio/nav system to fix.
After removing the trunk lid cover, I volt metered the pwr supply reading 6+ volts, is this normal? Unit comes on and off (mostly off)
Any suggestions?
