2015 3.8 Tech Package - Power Seat Bolster Issues

Hey all - I purchased a CPO 2015 in August and totally love the car except for one thing - the power seat back bolsters. I understand how they work with the air bags/pump but mine seem to have just gone non-functional, perhaps stuck in the fully inflated position. The bolsters/wings are extremely narrow and when I move the little switch on the side towards the front of the car, I hear a whirring motor noise (assume the pump) but no movement in the bolsters. When I move it towards the rear of the car, I hear nothing at all and again, no change in the bolsters. Makes a perfect car/seat into a very uncomfortable one.

Is this a common issue? Anybody experiencing this?

Funny this same thing has just happened on my 2015. I have no advice as it just happened, but you’re not alone. Yes it is extremely uncomfortable.
