2015 5.0 Driver door wont open from outside

My driver door will not open from outside, all other doors open np. Lock mech works and inside driver handle will open door fine. I assume something came loose. Anyone have this issue and had success on fixing the issue. Has anyone removed their door panel? Any hidden screws? Any warnings? TIA

Same problem just started with 2015 driver door lock not unlocking door from the outside. Looking at YouTube videos on door panel removal and if a cable may be loose or the actuator went bad.
