2015 5.0 sunroof won't close

Opened the sunroof today, first really warm day this season now the PoS won't close. I've tried for 10 minutes, and it will move forward a few inches and stops. Tried tugging on it with one hand on the switch and it only moves a bit then goes back. Hope it doesn't rain tonight as it's sitting outside! Any ideas anyone?
This is my 4th Genesis, and will likely be my last. Electrical problems galore!

Hey mine does the same thing. have someone push the button to close it while another lifts the back a little and pushes gently.
 
Also try holding the button forward the whole time - not just a one time push. This helps mine often. AND get a can of white lithium grease and grease the tracks up too
