2015 Driver Seat Incline Issue

I have issues that my 2015 Genesis Driver Side Seat will not incline fully. I have taken it to the dealer twice to reset it.

Just wondering if anyone had this issue and is able to reset the set without the dealer? I tried disconnecting the battery in hopes that would reset everything, but no luck.

I had the same issue twice. The dealer replaced a component for the memory seat after the second time. So far, so good.

There is a procedure in section 3 of the owner's manual. Page 3-17 in mine.

That is to make the seat move when you get out, or recall the seat settings. It will not reset the set when it will not incline all the way.
