2015 Genesis 3.8 Fluttering noise

Car started making a fluttering noise intermittently. Took to a local mechanic shop and they could not find the problem. In fact, they could barely replicate it. Need to schedule with the local Hyundai dealership. No rhyme or reason to when it happens and it started about 1-2 weeks ago. Hard to hear inside the car, but noticeable. Trying to pinpoint, it almost sounds like it is coming from the front grill area and not the engine itself. Happens when car is both moving and stationary. Thanks for any suggestions.

Quick update, the noise seems to only happen when idling/slowing down and once you shut the car off for about 2 seconds.
