Yes, as we get older our memory has some glitches. The G80 does come with both steering wheel and mirrors.

Or did you mean the memory in the car is not holding them?
Step one is to set everything the way you want it. Seat too. With the key on, press the button on the door, then press #1. It should save them.
Beyond that, more information needed to help.

I have done all that but then it sometimes changes on its own
