Hi Everyone,
Just picked up a used Genesis here in Halifax, Nova Scotia Canada two weeks ago; really impressed with the car (traded in a 2010 Mercedes ML350 diesel - night and day difference in comfort/features/quietness etc etc etc....)
Discovered an undocumented feature for my car....remote start using the Hyundai key fob;
Accidently hit the lock button on fob 3 times and mirrors folded out, daytime led's flashed then car started up;
I then got into the car and had to put it in drive then back into park to have the start/stop button turn off engine;
I then got out, locked the car with one lock press...waited 30 seconds then did the 3 lock presses again and car started again;
I got in and this time I put my foot on brake peddle and car engine shut down;
Did some searching online and found the following link to a electronic module made by Fortin that has the "3 lock" start feature.....maybe this car has this;
fortin.ca
Anyway I'm a bit surprised that this is not documented anywhere and I have not talked to Hyundai dealer yet (Plan on getting recommended maintenance interval servicing done in a few weeks.....car has 79500 km on it at the moment
More to follow when I get more information....

Hyundai Genesis 2015 Sedan Push-to-Start | Remote starter, bypass module and alarm system | Fortin
CN-EVO-ALL on a Hyundai Genesis 2015 Sedan Push-to-Start for remote starter and alarm system installations. The module monitors the vehicle's doors, hood and trunk status and generates an alarm if there's an intrusion.
