2015 Genesis - In car phone system does not work

Hello:
Relatively new so not sure if this is how to post a question / problem.
My 2015 Genesis phone system stopped working. Have read the Multimedia Manual on the subject.
My mobile phone is properly paired. Verified it's not on mute!!
When a call comes in I can't hear anyone. My display prompts me to go to handheld privacy option. I can take and answer the call holding my handheld phone but cannot have it interconnect with car's audio system. Has anyone experienced this problem?
Would appreciate your help.

Greetings! This question would probably get a lot more attention in this forum or this forum. Have you tried the following:

1. Pairing with another device
2. Re-booting your phone
3. Performing a system-update on the phone
