2015 genisis sedan 3.8l oil light issue

Changed mine a few years ago, the code is still there. My performance seems good, makes me wonder ..... I am going to try a different filter, they have been known to be an issue in some other vehicles
 
2017 Genesis G80 - Oil light comes on after 150,000 miles. Added additional oil (1/2 quart) to top off at the dip stick. No change and closes Genesis dealer is 1 & 1/2 hours drive. Glad to know it's not just me.
