Did you hit the mute button on the steering wheel? Did it work and suddenly stop working?

I would have this problem on occasion with my 2011 Hyundai Genesis. What I would do is pull the main fuse, which was in a panel to the left of the steering wheel by the door. This would reset, essentially reboot the system, and everything would come back as normal.

God point. He can reset the system pusing a paperclip in the hole on this model. Worth a try.

Hello Brian , if your car has surround speakers Lexicon, it might be that the AMP died
Check it first it comes in the trunk
