Hi. I recently bought a new to me CPO Genesis that has the intermittent starting problem that I've read about. When I get in the car (with the fob), depress the brake pedal, upon pushing the start button, all systems are go but it doesn't crank. It's been towed to the dealer 4 times (where it starts instantly) and they have replaced the fob, and the fuse panel near your left knee but it still happens occassionally. They have been working with Hyundai corporate technical services and went through all the protocols (brake switch ok, checked the grounds, checked the car battery) and all is normal. Now they want to rewire the car (main wiring harness) to see if that works. Has anyone had success repairing this problem? I've had the car checked for prior water damage and prior accident damage by a reputable body shop and they said the car is A1. Aside, from this problem, I'm really impressed with this car and would hate to trade it in.
