2015 Sedan no parking assist camera

Yesterday the rear cam went black. did all the tricks slammed trunk ect and still just black. my question or 1 of 2 is should I still be seeing the grid? and does anyone have the part number for cam with no parking assist? Thanks in advance. Have a house full of people so waiting till Sunday to pull cover and check connection.

There's several posts about the rear backup camera "going black". Most of the owners find that the wiring harness running up the trunk lid where it bends from opening/closing is the culprit. Splicing the wiring yourself where they are broke will save you hundreds of dollars. Prob a few are broke completely.
