Howdy- newbie here to the forum.
My 2015 3.8 sedan has intermittently not able to start, but later it can. And some of the electrical functions act up on occasion but not consistently. My young son drives in at college out of state and so the info he shares is lacking (he can’t remember the conditions leading up to an incident)
The car has not been in a wreck although I bought it used with an allegedly clean record.
Just got it back from an Hyundai authorized shop after a week and they are stumped even though it died on them and couldn’t start a couple of times while they were trying to diagnose. My next step is the (dreaded) dealer.
Anybody experience something similar? I know electrical problems can be a black hole but I’m desperate to try something before my son takes it 1000 miles away for the fall semester.
