2015 used genesis with 18K miles on carvana-brake rotors resurfaced at 1000 miles...is this a red flag?

Seeing a used genesis 2015 5.0 V8 model with low mileage but carfax report says that the car had brake rotors resurfaced at 1000 miles..Is this an indication of harsh or abusive driving of the car?
Was there a TSB on specific VIN numbers for brake rotors related work? Just curious and wary as to why a car would need a brake job at just 1000 miles.

Thanks suburbazine...That was a quick response :)
so will the rotor resurfacing affect the life of the brake/rotor assembly or any other components within the system. Is there any cause for concern here?

Noticed a pulse from the brake pedal during hard braking. 30K miles.
Resurfaced the 2 front rotors. Rear rotors looked good. Installed Akebono brake pads all 4 corners.
Sweet! Better braking, quiet, no excessive dust.
