2015 V6 intermittent starting problems

For the past few months I have had an intermittent problem starting my 2015 genesis with 20,000 miles on it.

90% of the time the car will start perfectly. 10% of the time when the start button is pushed once; the motor will keep turning but will not start. I push the start button again, the motor stops turning and then push it a third time and it stars fine. Dealer is stumped as it is an intermittent problem and no scan codes detected. They changed the fuel pump but made no difference. There is absolutely no pattern to this starting issue. I would be very grateful for any thoughts.....Thank you to all.

Had this on issue on my gen 1, but over the 5 years of owning it, it only did that maybe a total of 5 times. Never worried about it, unless it happens more frequent.

Hey there! I know this was posted several years ago, but I’m having this exact same problem with my genesis and we are stumped on what it could be. Were you able to find a solution?
