Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Hey everyone,

I'm Dennis from Utah and joined because I have a 2018 G80 Sport 3.3T that has decided to start having the CAN BUS errors. Started out as just happening one time a while back turned off the car and restarted and it cleared. Chalked it up to a glitch with the computer but now it's escalated into other modules mainly the shifter module. Headed to the dealership shop today but was curious how many others have dealt with this. Seems like there are a few posts in the forum with this issue. This is my wife's car and she loves it, originally we bought this car to share but somehow it became her car and hers alone

but I still get to drive it when we go out on family outings. Looking for any advice here before I head in to the shop.
