2021 G80... So how do we disable the traffic cam alerts?

I'm either missing something or they can't be disabled.

To be clear, when approaching a red light camera, the car will lower the music and say "Traffic light camera ahead." The music then turns back up and right when I go thru the light, it will lower the music again and play a chime. I want to disable this. Sure, it's a nice feature but for me it's kind of annoying.

I dug into the setup menu's and found the alerts tab. Can't figure out how to disable them tho. Anyone have any luck with this?

It might be this: It's in your navigation system. Go to navigation's settings and you can delete which warnings you don't want.

I just tried this on my car and it was under "Settings" on the dash then turned off (unchecked) "Traffic Alerts"

Thanks, I'll take another look but I think I've already unchecked that.

I have mine unchecked but I still get the alerts as I'm approaching an intersection with a camera. Must be a bug in the software.

In the gv80 go to: Setup/Navigation/Alerts/Camera Alert Distance
Uncheck box for camera alerts

I have the same issue in my 2022 G70. Very annoying. I can't figure it out either.

I'm have gotten these on my '22 G80. It was hard to figure out at first because I use Android Auto, and the alert from the car wasn't loud enough to understand. Finally got turned up somehow. I got them when we were on a trip out of state, but I don't get them around home.

I have the same issue in my 2022 G70. Very annoying. I can't figure it out either.

I gave up. I haven't ever been able to figure it out since I bought the car in December 2020.

No idea.
