If you have repeated failures to enroll, resetting the head unit might help.

I am unable to access any of the remote services. I called support and they told me if the car has not been started for 4 days. The service will not be available. This seems very odd and makes no sense when you travel. Is this true???

In order for the remote services to work there has to be power to a receiver. After 4 days it shuts off. Better to not have remote start than a dead battery.

Did it work after you restarted the car?
